Classes
Our class is planned to suit everyone. From zero to Pro, the reformer machine uses resistance springs and props to deliver a whole-body workout. With a focus on core strengthening and improvement in posture, flexibility, mobility and stability the reformer will enhance any exercise or sports routine.
With our highly qualified instructors that safety and professional guideline will be provided, ensuring everyone moves safely, stronger to approach goals.
